It is with great pride and pleasure that I welcome you to our website which provides a wonderful overview of what makes Springdale Prep special. We characterize ourselves as a new school with a long history; the tradition of education on our campus began more than a century ago. And although Springdale as we now know it opened only a few years back, it has quickly become a well-respected and increasingly popular school with so much to offer—and terrific potential and growth opportunities in the future.

We are situated in the beautiful rural countryside of northern Maryland, where we enjoy a peaceful, healthy fresh-air environment within easy reach of Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Our adjacent campuses feature a spacious classroom building with large fields on the lower campus, and an upper campus with dormitories overlooking a gorgeous vista of rolling hills and forestland spanning many miles.

Springdale Prep is a unique gem among the schools that I have had the honor of leading during my 50+ year educational career. I am proud to be part of its growth and excited about charting its course for the future. Our academic programs and class offerings are both demanding and diverse, our outstanding teachers are committed and caring, and our students love and learn in small classes that allow everyone to be recognized as an individual. The children are encouraged to discover and pursue their talents and unique qualities in a supportive environment that fosters both skills for success and lifelong learning that will serve them well going forward.
