01 May Springdale Preparatory School Seniors to Sign College Commitments
Springdale Preparatory School, the independent boarding and day school located in New Windsor, Carroll County, Maryland, will announce the signing of two senior athletes to letters of intent to compete following graduation.

Seniors Orlando Merrick and Vincent Douglas, both members of the Lions’ varsity basketball squad, will sign their letters of intent announcing where they will play basketball for the 2019-2020 school year.
“We are proud of our athletes who are the first to graduate from Springdale Preparatory School and compete at the intercollegiate level,” says Springdale Preparatory School’s founding head of school. “These young men will take their talents and dedication to the next level and represent our program well. They are the first of many future Springdale students to succeed and persevere at the interscholastic level with the opportunity to further grow and develop at the collegiate level. We look forward to following their progress and success as student athletes.”
