Springdale Preparatory School Announces Partnership

Springdale Preparatory School, an independent boarding and day school in New Windsor, has signed a joint-use agreement with the Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks for its academic campus, located on 1000 Green Valley Road.

The partnership enables the Department of Recreation and Parks, and the West Carroll Recreation Council in particular, to utilize the former New Windsor Middle School, currently under a lease agreement by Springdale Prep. Recreation and Parks will have first-choice for community recreation programs after school hours when the facility is not in use for school activities.
