Ingredients
  1. 6 Hoagie Rolls
Shrimp
  1. 6ea 21-25 Shrimp Peeled and Deveined
  2. 6 Eggs, whipped
  3. ½ Cup All Purpose Flour
  4. 1 T Cajun Seasoning
Remoulade Sauce
  1. ½ Cup Mayonaisse
  2. 1 T Capers chopped
  3. 1 t Dijon mustard
  4. 1 t Taragon chopped
  5. 2 t Parsley chopped
  6. 1 t Green Onion chopped
  7. 1 t Hot sauce
Instructions
  1. Shredded Lettuce and Sliced Tomato to taste
  2. Combine all ingredients for Remoulade sauce in bowl
  3. Soak shrimp in egg, shake excess, then coat in flour and Cajun seasoning mix.
  4. Heat an inch of canola or vegetable oil in a sauté pan until it reaches a constant temp of 350 degrees
  5. Fry shrimp in oil for approximately 2 minutes until golden brown
  6. Add Shrimp, sauce, lettuce and tomato to hoagie roll and enjoy.
