What Are the Requirements of IB Programs?
In an IB Program, students earn points towards their diploma rather than traditional alphabetical grades. For every assessment, essay and exam that is completed, points are rewarded. Marks are documented using the IB’s 1-7 scale, with 7 being the highest level of performance. To receive a diploma, a student must acquire at least 24 points. However, they can earn up to 45.
